Mobile physiotherapy that comes to you. Here is what your first assessment looks like, end-to-end.

Step 1 · 5 min
We Come to You
No driving, no waiting room, no parking. Your physiotherapist arrives at your home, gym, or training facility with everything needed for the visit.
Step 2 · 25 min
Complete Assessment
A thorough hands-on assessment of your injury, surgery, or performance concern. Movement analysis, strength testing, and when relevant, ForceDecks force plate testing on the spot.
Step 3 · 15 min
Treatment & Plan
Hands-on treatment as appropriate, plus a tailored exercise program demonstrated in person — so you know exactly what to do between sessions.
Step 4 · After Visit
2 Weeks of Direct Support
Every assessment includes two full weeks of direct messaging with your physiotherapist. Questions, video form checks, exercise tweaks — answered the day they come up.
Insurance

Covered by Most Extended Health Plans

Physiotherapy with a Registered Physiotherapist is covered by most Canadian extended health plans. We provide official receipts for submission, and direct billing is available with several insurers.

Coverage and direct billing availability vary by plan. Check your extended health benefits booklet for physiotherapy coverage limits, or email us to confirm.
