Casting & Measurement
We take precise measurements and a plaster cast of your limb in the same visit — so the brace is manufactured to your exact anatomy, not an average size.
Lab Fabrication
Your brace is manufactured by a certified Canadian orthotics lab using your cast and specifications. Most braces are ready within 2–3 weeks.
Fitting Appointment
We fit the brace on-site, test range of motion, make all adjustments, and train you on proper use so you leave with full confidence.
Insurance & Follow-Up
We handle direct billing to your insurer and provide all documentation needed. Ongoing adjustments are included throughout your treatment plan.

Does my insurance cover a custom brace?
Some extended health benefit plans cover custom bracing under orthotics or bracing coverage — though this varies by plan. We provide all receipts and documentation you need to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurer.
How long does it take to get a custom brace?
After your assessment and fitting, most braces are ready within 1–3 weeks depending on the type and supplier. Rush options may be available for urgent cases.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to book with us. However, your insurer may require a physician's prescription for reimbursement — we'll advise you on this during your appointment.
What's the difference between a custom and off-the-shelf brace?
Off-the-shelf braces are sized for the average anatomy and often slip or don't provide adequate support. A custom brace is measured and fit to your exact body — providing superior alignment, comfort, and clinical effectiveness.
Do you only do knee braces?
Not at all. We supply and fit braces for all body regions including knee, ankle, back, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. If you have a brace need, we can assess and source the right option.
