All Your Recovery Needs

What’s Included in the Recovery Membership

01

Two Virtual Physiotherapy Sessions Each Month

Your membership includes two 20-minute 1-on-1 sessions each month to keep your recovery progressing.
During these sessions, we:
• Review your progress• Adjust your rehab plan• Correct exercises and movement • Monitor swelling or pain changes• Adjust new concerns as they come up
This ensures you’re not just doing rehab — you’re doing it correctly and safely.

02

Direct Access for Physiotherapy Questions

Recovery does not always follow a predictable timeline.Members can reach out with questions such as:
• “Is this swelling normal?”• “Can I progress my exercises yet?”• “Why does my joint feel stiff today?”• “When can I return to activity?”
This allows patients to get clarity right away, instead of waiting days or weeks.

03

Rehabilitation Guidance & Exercise Progression

Recovery after surgery requires gradual progression of mobility, strength, and function.
Your physiotherapist will guide:
• mobility exercises• strengthening progressions• safe movement patterns• return-to-activity timelines
This structured approach helps reduce setbacks and keeps recovery moving in the right direction.

Real Recovery Data.

What Force Plate Testing Measures

Force plates capture detailed information about how the body generates and absorbs force during movement.

Testing may include:

01

Jump Performance Testing

Athletes perform jump tasks to assess power and limb symmetry.
These tests measure:
• jump height• force production• landing forces• asymmetry between limbs

02

Movement & Load Analysis

Force plates can detect subtle differences in how athletes load each limb during movement.
This helps identify:
• strength imbalances• compensatory movement patterns• potential risk factors for injury

03

Performance Metrics

Testing provides objective data on:
• peak force• rate of force development• power output• landing control
These metrics allow clinicians to better understand how the athlete’s body is performing during explosive movements.
